No. Flexibility is at the heart of what we do. You can book space on an ad-hoc daily basis in our coworking, or we can agree on a 6, 12, or 18-month, or multi-year contract, depending on what works best for your business. Longer contracts may include scheduled rent reviews to account for inflation and rising utility costs.

Our rental rates include utilities, high-speed WiFi, cleaning of shared areas, and an allocation of on-site parking spaces. This makes budgeting simple, with no hidden charges.
Q: Are there rent increases on long-term agreements?
For contracts longer than 18 months, we include a rent review. This ensures the agreement remains fair and reflects changes in utility costs and inflation, while giving you security of tenure.

Q: Are the offices furnished?
Yes. All of our offices are available with modern, professional furnishings included as standard. This typically includes a desk, office chair and drawer unit, so you can move in and start working straight away.
If you prefer to personalise your space, offices can also be rented unfurnished, giving you complete flexibility to bring your own setup.
Q: Is there parking available?
Yes. We offer free on-site parking, with spaces allocated based on the size of your office.
For example, an office suitable for four people includes two complimentary parking spaces.
If you require additional parking, extra spaces can be rented and added to your agreement monthly. We also offer daily parking options, ideal for flexible, hybrid, or part-time team members and visitors.
Q: Do you charge VAT on rent?
Yes, VAT is applied to all rental agreements. If your business is VAT registered, you’ll be able to reclaim this in the usual way.
